Refreshed each time you open the portal. Rating uses your last 50 reviews. Your first 20 orders are a learning period. We check in at 5 and 20, and nothing counts against you until then.
What happens below the line
- 01A note here and on WhatsApp, with the standard, the number and the orders behind it.
- 02Still below after seven days. A call within two business days and a plan you agree to.
- 03Still below at the next check. New orders pause until it recovers. Work already approved continues.
To appeal. Reply to the note or WhatsApp us. A person reviews within two business days, and nothing pauses while they do.
